Dr. Oetker clear glaze is simple to prepare, keeps the fruit moist and juicy and makes all fruit tarts look deliciously shiny. Just add 8.8 fl.oz (250g) fruit juice or water to Dr. Oetker cake glaze (clear) mixture and 2 Tbs of sugar. Stir while bringing to a boil. Distribute glaze with a spoon over the fruit and let cool.
